I have been involved in dispute resolution since my call to the Malaysian Bar, developing a practice in general litigation with an emphasis in corporate and commercial litigation.

Through these early years, I have often encountered things I wish I had known weeks, months or even years ago. While this blog is meant to be a record and reminder to myself of these things - I also hope that it could be beneficial to another.
