Shang Neng was admitted as a Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln’s Inn) in 2012 and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in the High Court of Malaya in November 2013. Having completed his pupillage at Sreenevasan Young, he joined as an associate in November 2013 and remains todate with them. 

Sreenevasan Young is a boutique dispute resolution firm which affords Shang Neng a wide range of exposure and hands-on experience. Shang Neng has appeared in all levels of the Malaysian courts on his own and also whilst assisting the firm's senior partners in a myriad of novel, interesting & exciting disputes.

Shang Neng has been involved in dispute resolution since his call to the Malaysian Bar, developing a practice in corporate and commercial litigation. However, he continues to be involved in other areas of interest to him, mainly in the areas of tort, equity, trusts, construction and administrative law.
